SHIPPING
The cost of the delivery of each order will depend on the destination by different Zones (see below), size and weight of your order.
The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer.
The cost of each delivery method will be automatically and clearly stated during the purchase process.

MRW is our courier for international and national shipments. www.mrw.es
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. In the event that the package is detained in customs, the cost to recover it will be paid by the customer.


NATIONAL SHIPPING
Includes 2 delivery attempts. If the recipient is absent, a notice is left (as long as access has been possible) with the details of the office where you can pick up the shipment. If the recipient has not been to the office to pick up his shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 15 calendar days, the shipment will be returned to its origin. Therefore, it is recommended that together with the destination address the recipient's telephone number is included. Transit in mainland Spain will be 24 hours and in Gibraltar 48 hours. Shipments to Portugal will be delivered in 24/48 hours (working days) before 8:00 p.m. There is no option for delivery nor refund on Saturdays and Sundays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international destinations a single delivery attempt will be made. If the recipient is absent, a notice will be left with the details of the office where the shipment can pick up. If the recipient has not shown up at the office to pick up his shipment or the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of 7 days, the shipment will be returned to origin. There is no option for delivery on Saturday, Sunday or refund.

The Virtual POS allows the integration of payment with both national and international cards of the main brands: Visa, Master. In addition, it allows client authentication of the cardholder authentication system through the 3D Secure process and is adapted to the Verified by Visa, Mastercard protocols. The Virtual POS supports all the international currencies allowed in electronic commerce by the card brands. The confidential information of the cards is not known by the merchant. Instead the card information is conveniently stored by Redsys. The Virtual POS implements SSL (currently with TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2) in all communications that prevent the interception of information by third parties. Therefore, confidentiality is ensured in all communications established during the transaction.


SUPPLEMENT
No footwear will be distributed to France, directly or by retailer. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If customers wish to return or exchange the product, they can do so within 14 days of the arrival of the package and request a refund or exchange of the product. We do not accept returns and complaints after 14 days. 

In case of dissatisfaction, the product must be returned to us in perfect condition, without wear, dirt or defects within 14 days, as mentioned above. In this case, the customer can request a refund of the price of the product. This does not include the cost of postage. Please ensure that all products are exactly as you received them and return them in their original packaging using the safe and reliable courier service of your choice. 
IT IS IMPORTANT TO SEND US THE PRODUCT WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND ‘RETURN FORM' (can be downloaded below) AS IN THE ABSENCE OF THESE WE CANNOT ACCEPT THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST.

Complaints, replacements or refunds resulting from damage, unusability or poor quality of the product will be investigated. MRL MARLO STUDIO reserves the right to refuse a refund if it considers that the product has become in poor condition due to improper use (washing, ironing at improper temperatures, etc.).
